As part of the academic advising activities during this semester we offered a Technical Elective Information Day with the active participation of the Professors and students of our Department. On April 29, 2003 a group of volunteer professors had information booths and handed out printed pamphlets about the five different technical areas of the Electrical Engineering and the two areas of Computer Engineering Department.

The students had the opportunity to ask questions, and receive professional advising about the areas, their applications and the job market available for them. It was a great experience for the students and the professors, and we are certain that this activity will be repeated in the coming semesters.
